2025 securicode keypad issue

Hey all, i just bought a 2025 maverick awd hybrid lariat with keypad installed. It's different than the previous years. The dealer I bought it from is 4hr away and delivered it to me. On delivery, i discovered they didn't deliver the keycard that has admin code. they took accountability and said they'd cover the cost to have it reprogrammed or replaced at my local dealer. Does anyone have experience with these new keypads to see how to find the code? My local dealer seemed clueless on how to retrieve it or reprogam. They seem to think they need to order a new one and start over. But then they realized they also couldnt order a new one because they couldnt find the new part in the ford catalog. Any help is appreciated. They left the install guide but no card. here is what the new keypad looks like...

It's a dealer installed accessory not a factory keypad as in the past. Your dealer is clueless if they can't program the wireless keypad.

I recommend trying another dealer to do the programming.

I have mine in the box, no card in the box with admin code, haven't looked at instructions yet. plan to have dealer program it when I decide where to put it in the truck. Update, my card with the admin code was inside the folded up instructions

EDIT:THE CODE PROVIDED ON THE PAPERWORK IS GENERIC.

According to the paperwork you posted your factory key code is 42254 or maybe 399400? IDK...the pic you post was at such a poor angle I had to tilt my head at uncomfortable angle just to read it..............

I know that this doesn't help you now, but I never allow the dealer to install this pad. Even though it's a "dealer installed option ".
Whenever I order a vehicle I tell salesperson to put it in the glove box. That I will install it. Document it on the Preview Order Form.

Right next to the QR code it literally says:
Access code card
And the number 42254
Have you tried that code?

Well if the code doesn't work could you maybe take a better pic of the instructions? No need for the 45 degree angle BS...you aren't taking a pic of a 1990's Corvette listed for sale on Craigslist.

It sure looks like 42254 is your code.
It's the right amount of numbers.

399400 is the unit serial number.

That is just like a key fob Remote. Any Ford dealer can help you with that if you other dealer couldn’t do right the first time go tto a different one.

Makes me think that it's like another manufacturer I know of (ahem.. Harley Davidson) who's default/master security code is same for every vehicle and needs to be overwritten by the buyer/owner to something different.

Lots of people don't bother....

I just tried it it's only just an example of what the card looks like thats suppose to come with the keypad. the guide specifically states as well "do not discard the access code card or this guide". there should have been a card.
