2025 Maverick Hybrid Instrument Cluster Swap???

Does anyone know if you can swap out the instrument cluster on the 2025 Maverick with the Lariat gauge from the 2022-2024 Maverick or the full digital cluster from the Escape? I really don't like the cluster in the 2025 Maverick. Thanks in advacne for any guidance.

Looks like the 2025 Maverick IPC is over the air update capable module.
Maybe having a prior year IPC in might be an issue if an update was pushed to it.

If the 2025 wiring diagrams are correct, the 2025 still uses the same C220 connector to plug in the IPC and the IPC is still on the HS3-CAN bus.
I did see on 2025 Escape wiring that their IPC has an ethernet connection.

On 2025's some modules are on the encrypted TRON (Trusted Real-Time Operation Network) and feed info to the IPC via the Gateway Module to HS3-CAN.
So is that traffic to the IPC still encrypted once on HS3-CAN, don't know.

You don't think they are compatible at all?
I can create guages in my Car Scanner OBDII monitoring app on my Samsung Z6 phone's huge display though. You can store multiple vehicles as well. I'm going to create a round tachometer, and uh, some temperature gauges for my Maverick.

With the right adapter, you might be able to stream this to your 13.1 screen. I tried one a couple of months ago on my '22 Superduty, and it was kind of herky jerky. So I returned it to Amazon. It was based on apple carplay and didn't play well with android apps.

I noticed something interesting when I signed in on youtube in my Maverick. I got a security alert from google for a Linux device that was connecting. Linux is open source and if that's what's running the display then there's hope an app could be created to emulate a display of your liking.

I love the 2025 drivers screen. It shows me in a nice easy to see centrally displayed bright white font what my speed is.

The power meter could be thicker but also easy to see if I desire it.

I like the temp and direction and if using GPS it displays the next turn on the top and then as you approach your turn prominently displays it for you next to the speed

FD-CAN is such a pain, and that's what the connector next to the fuse box under the hood offers now.

Do you know if the 2025 uses the same connector to the IPC? Might be a great spot to tap into HS3-CAN.

IPC C220 not the same connector as 25's C1026A Evac & Fill 6 pin Molex MX150 at the fuse box.

IPC C220 is a 16 pin Molex Stac64 connector.

I assume you have access to the service manual? Can you find any other modules that are on HS3-CAN network? So far I can only confirm APIM and IPC.
