I need a lift but wondering if the updated 2025/2026 CV joints + half-axles are holding up for those of you with a lift? Can you please chime in with your experience and also add if you have constant bed or hitch load and the front/ rear lift you installed?
I scraped the heck out of the underside of my 2025 AWD Hybrid and with my 500lb Hiatus permanently installed pop-up camper on some BLM roads. I do have some sag --even with airbags. I'm still under warranty and been hesitant to lift as a result, but even rear tire wear is an issue due to the sag and resulting camber. A lift will hopefully help even if it is 1" in the front and return to stock in the rear.
If you have a 2024 or previous MY with or without axle replacement, that's really not applicable to this specific question for the newer CV. If you have an stock un-lifted MY 25 or 26 and have had CVs replaced, that is interesting and worth chiming in!
I'm seeing a few 2025 specific threads on the topic, but they're all closed so starting fresh.
