The ones I'm talking about aren't quality fasteners, they're just the cheap stamped sheet metal shaped like a nut that hold the sound insulation and heat shield panels to the underside of the vehicle.

I would much prefer getting a actual three-quarter inch washer and an actual nut to secure that sound dampening and heat insulation panels cuz otherwise if you tap on them you can hear they rattle.
are you talking about here?

Yes @wax87 , they're the cheap sheet metal formed nuts holding on the fabric style sound deadening panels and heat insulation near the exhaust as well under the truck. I noticed when I painted my front grille emblem they also have two of them there to hold on the emblem.

But the ones under the truck are on welded metal studs, to wear if you knew the proper size and I don't yet you could use an actual solid nut.

For those gearhead types, here are some pictures of what a 2025 Hybrid AWD underside looks like.
The good news is that all the fluid change maintenance look pretty easy to get to.

Pretty busy underside. Wouldn't want to do any rock scraping.

I use a harbor freight jack and/or rhino ramps to access underneath my Maverick.

I have major lift envy! Nice set up:)
