2024 ordered but no email

I placed my rollover order at the dealership, but never got an email or anything saying it was done. Is there a way to check that Ford did in fact get the order?

For the email, your dealer has to include your email in a specific place in WBDO. It is optional to include customer email.

You can ask your dealer to include your email.
Or, if you have your order number and know your dealer, you might be able to get Ford Cust Service to verify that they can see your order.

I got 2 emails from Ford for both of my rollovers last Tuesday which included the order numbers.
So your dealer(s) entered your email in the "customer email" section of WBDO then!

Pardon my lack of knowledge what does wbdo stand for?. I also have an order number , but never received an e-mail although my e-mail was included on the form. should I be concerned? How long after ordering a 2024 maverck should ford customer service be able to verify?

Depending on the number of orders a dealer ordered in the last few days they may be running behind getting you paperwork. They need to provide you a DORA and and a confirmed, signed purchase order to make sure they ordered what you wanted for the price you settled on. Otherwise you may run into problems down the road.
