The Tremor uses a sophisticated twin-clutch rear drive unit (similar to the one in the Focus RS or Bronco Sport Badlands). This allow for torque vectoring and a "locking" rear differential effect

These internal clutches are sensitive to heat. Towing 4,000 lbs generates significant heat in the drivetrain, which could damage the specialized clutch packs in the Tremor's rear end.

Lobo does not allow 4k towing either. It shares the same RDU as the Tremor. I mistakenly believed the 4k towing was prohibited on the Lobo only due to lowered suspension - but the RDU is probably a bigger reason.

Good thing “street trucks” and “off-road trucks” aren’t chosen for towing capability

That's a great idea! The Argentina market sells the Tremor Package with wheel fender flares from factory
