Nothing needs to be flushed at 20,000 miles on a new car. (Unless you submerged your differentials, or drove through a Saharan sand storm). Sounds like they’re trying hard to flush your wallet
Brake fluid is a wear item to be sure, but more around the 3 year mark. No rotor dust buildup should ever be occurring, and your 3 year warranty would cover most issues.
Maybe an air filter and cabin filter could be changed if you want. And tire rotation is a good idea.
If you paid the $400 it’s not the worst thing ever.
FYI, the owners manual is the best thing for what to service and when. Dealerships need to keep those shiny lights on!
