Mileage drop after service!

So I took the Hybrid in for an oil change and noticed today that the mileage to and from the office was significantly lower than it has been! I usually average 42-44 mpg. Today I was lucky if I got 37, same commute, mileage, route and all. Anyone else notice this after service with Ford Dealers?

I concur.

The computer may be "off" due to, well, a couple of reasons but not the truck.
