Your 2022–2024 Ford Maverick already has a great look, but the factory headlights leave a lot on the table. Between the chrome bezels and reflector optics, they don’t match the rest of the truck.

Form Lighting LED Headlights for the Ford Maverick are a complete OE-style replacement designed to clean up the front end and deliver a serious performance upgrade. With fully blacked-out housings, a triple projector LED setup, a startup sequence, and sequential amber turn signals, they give your Maverick a modern OEM-plus appearance with a noticeable upgrade in light output.

Blacked Out Styling. The first thing you notice is the housing. These headlights feature a fully blacked-out internal design that eliminates the factory chrome and gives the Maverick a more aggressive, finished look from every angle. Even trucks equipped with the Black Appearance Package still have chrome visible in the headlights, and these remove it completely. The result is a more modern front end that looks like it belongs on the truck from the factory.

Triple Projectors. These headlights are more than a styling upgrade. While the factory Maverick headlights rely on reflector optics, Form Lighting headlights use a triple projector design for improved output and a sharper cutoff. Two bi-LED projectors handle the low beams, and when you activate the high beams, a dedicated third projector kicks on for additional reach. The result is a noticeable increase in visibility, a sharper cutoff, and a beam pattern designed for confident daily driving.

Startup Sequence. When the lights turn on, the C-light comes to life with a smooth startup sequence that adds a premium touch, especially at night. After the animation completes, the DRL remains on for a look that ties the entire front end together.

If you prefer a more traditional look, the startup sequence can be disabled so the DRL illuminates without the animation.

Sequential Turn Signal. These headlights feature a modern sequential LED turn signal that activates in a smooth sweeping pattern when signaling, adding a modern look compared to the factory turn signal. The sequential function can be disabled during installation if preferred, for a clean, static turn signal.

OEM-Grade Construction. Form Lighting headlights are built with quality in mind, using OE-grade materials and design techniques. This includes durable UV-coated polycarbonate lenses, automotive-grade LED emitters, breather vents, and OEM plug-and-play connectors. They are assembled in an IATF 16949-certified facility, which is a quality management system designed for the automotive industry. While they may not be the cheapest option you’ll find, you can rest assured that these lights will provide durable and superior performance.

Road Legal. Form Lighting headlights meet all SAE, DOT, FMVSS, and CMVSS standards and regulations for legal on-road use in the United States and Canada, when installed and aimed properly - which is easy to do with the integrated screw-type adjusters.

Plug-and-Play. Our headlights for the Maverick are completely plug-and-play and will fit perfectly, without any gaps. They were designed to plug into your factory headlight connector, with no wiring modifications needed. No errors, flickering, or hyperflashing! Adapters are also included to power the running lights, if your Maverick doesn’t come with daytime running lights (non-DTRL) from the factory.

I like the look of the headlights but not a fan of the tail lights, question does the DRL on the headlights only come on when in Drive or are they on when the vehicles running and in park as well?

Also I like the blacked outlook but I'm not a fan of smoked lenses, or the lenses on these headlights and tail lights clear or do they have a smoked tint to either of them?
The lenses are clear with a black housing, none of them are tinted.

Correct! We do not smoke our lenses. They are clear, and the internal components are black or smoked.

@Diode Dynamics are these compatible with the automatic high beam function in the 2024 Lariat?

Yes.

The headlights simply do what the Body Control Module commands. They don't see a difference between automatic or manual commands.

DRL is on when the engine is running. Unfortunately, there are no easily-accessed discrete 12V signals for Drive gear only.

I love the look of these headlights but really wish there was a dumbed-down version. For the DRLs use the same optics as the Lariat/BAP tail lights. I don't care for the sequential stuff and want to avoid the missing teeth look when the LEDs eventually start failing. Not a fan of the projector cutoff either which would be distracting to me. The fuzziness of the reflectors helps blend the edges of the different bulbs.

Your truck should be set up to only use DRL out of park. The XLT uses the headlights.

I posted this in a different thread but thought it might be of interest in this one too. If I had a white Maverick I would definitely want these Form headlights as they are. But with my Azure Gray I kinda like the chrome bezels in my stock lariat headlamps. I wish Form would produce a version with the option of chrome look instead of the blacked out look.

To be fair, black makes the most sense for an aftermarket product. I would bet the market need for chrome is far less

Yes I agree. I totally understand why they did the black to start out. I just like the shape and design of this headlight better than the OEM version but would prefer chrome bezels. I’m sure I’m in the minority.

Hopefully thread is not too old for a response. Finally got the smoked tail lights in last week and they look great on Carbonized grey w/ the BAP. The smoked internal components are darker in person which is preferred for the look.

For the headlights, are the c-shaped outer running light components smoked to match the tails or are they clear / white? It's difficult to tell from the darkened background promotional pictures. Was also hoping to see a few daylight or customer images for a better comparison when they come out.

I’m hoping to see more customer images too

It's clear, not smoked. But the black housing kind of makes it look darker from different angles.
