NoneBecause the XL came from factory with 17 inches wheel for 18 inches wheel from Lariat trim any different and any rubbing or any kind of interfere with mileage etc……… thank you
The 17" comes with 225/65's, the 18's come with 225/60's. The OD is nearly identical on both, Ford changed the aspect ratio to compensate for the wheel diameter change. This calls for a “math vs ergonomics equation” that I’m unqualified to provide. To me the question is: how much increase in circumference does a 1” larger diameter cause? The (2pi x R) formula should allow you to calculate the percentage of difference. On the other hand I might be wrong since I suck at math.

Rim circumference is not directly connected to overall tire diameter. With the 18" tire the aspect ratio is different 60 vs 65. Use a calculator like the one Hot Runr Guy posted.
Anybody confirm I’d jeep ranger 17” rims wheels fit maverickBecause the XL came from factory with 17 inches wheel for 18 inches wheel from Lariat trim any different and any rubbing or any kind of interfere with mileage etc……… thank you
Thanks , makes sense that they wouldn’t want different revolutions per mile. The 17" comes with 225/65's, the 18's come with 225/60's. The OD is nearly identical on both, Ford changed the aspect ratio to compensate for the wheel diameter change.

The difference in rev's/mile is within the wear difference of the tread. Thanks , makes sense that they wouldn’t want different revolutions per mile.
The 18" Lariat wheel will fit, no issues. You will, however, need to make sure that tire you choose has the correct load rating for the XL/XLT.Hi every one Just wonder 18 black wheel of Lariat with 225/60/18 will do on maverick XL of original 17 inches ?
