Hi MTC peoples. So I noticed since I had recall work done, my 12v power ports don't stay on after I open the driver door. This was not the case previously. Vehicle is not in/near deep sleep mode, so it shouldn't cut off right away like it is.

I went to double check in Forscan and in the BCM module I have:
Power Point Timeout - Enabled
Power Point Timeout, s - 3600

But for some reason, it still turns off after opening the driver door. Any idea? I like the timeout on the port, but am I just stuck and need to turn the timeout off entirely to keep this functionality?

Hi there! This concern with your power ports doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience. Please send us a DM with your VIN and preferred dealer. Thanks!

What MY?

What's your BCM info?

Mine for 24MY:
BdyCM - Body Control Module
Bus: HSCAN
Part number: MU5T-14B476-FCU
Calibration level: MU5T-14B476-FCU
Strategy : MU5T-14C184-ACR

What SOC is car battery at, or voltage upon exit?
Power point seems to be my 1st thing powered down when battery is reading low.

Put maintainer on underhood posts preferably 13 volts (like tech may do when applying updates) then test the timeout delay. If it stays on then the delay is detecting when the battery itself is on less than the "turn off to save battery" trigger voltage. (I believe 12.1 v). The deep sleep trigger is lower than the battery saver trigger.

Mine has always done that on my Tremor unless the key in in the accessory position. The bed ports stay on for 90 min though.
