I installed the module today and it works great. (My mav module that is). Getting it installed with the Vais sirius xm module behind the Mav fuse panel sure loads up the free space. My question is why does Ford not want to retain the drive mode setting on startup ?
Winner winner chicken dinner. Listen to the latest video from Tim Bartz about the changes for MY2024 and he made the comment about the order banks being open for only a few days. I think they will be open for at least a couple of weeks as the price increases and the hybrid being an option will...
Picked mine up on Saturday and so far love it. Had emergency trip to the Orlando Airport late Saturday afternoon. Took my daughter and her two children plus my wife's sister and all the luggage in the bed with no issues. I was amazed that I could fit all the luggage in the bed. Already looking...
I got my 4th 45 day email today. I fixed it for them with what it should have said.
Another update on your Ford order

Dear Sucker,
Thank you again for your Maverick XLT order. We wanted to let you know that we are still fulfilling orders that make us...
What happen to Tim's Tuesday night Ford Chat? I have been noticing lately that not many people have been tuning in. I wonder if people are just getting tired of the whole thing and there is not much new information.
I got my third one today on a 9/16 order also. Wish there was a way to reply and ask them why their supply chain challenges has not prevented them from scheduling other orders that were placed after 9/16
Well isn't the lux a add on? I ordered the xlt the first day Sept 2022 also. I guess it must solely be the dealer allocation thing why I don't have a build date.
Well if that is the case then I would say that the info we were given last fall was way of base. I remember Tim Bartz was saying that you should just order a straight trim level with no extras as this was your best bet of getting your vehicle built. Looking at all the peeps saying they got their...
If the rumors are true and there will be no roll over orders for 2023 into 2024 I suspect you are going to see a big price increase for the 2024 hybrid orders. Would not surprise me to see at least a 5k increase. That seems to be the most likely way they balance out the orders going forward.
Watching Tim's video show last night he stated that if you placed your Hybrid order on the first couple of days that the order banks open back in September he thought there was a good chance that your order would be built. He said he would not change to the Ecoboost if that was the case.
Can someone answer the question what on the Hybrid configuration is the constraint item. Is it the battery, the electric motors etc. I have read on many sites that these items are available. Ford makes its own batteries so that should not be a issue. Inquiring minds want to know.
I am beginning to think that Ford just does not want to build the hybrid Maverick. I think the profit margin is just no there for them. I don't totally buy all this constraint item bull crap. I read on Ford Authority news that they are adding a third shift to meet the demand for the F150...
Does anyone know the reason Ford does not use the Ecoboost engine in the Hybrid configuration? Knowing the issues that the Ecoboost has I am kind of glad they don't.
