It's like cashback / rewards from your credit cards. Except better (higher returns).
With all the online shopping people do, it is another way to save money - like clipping coupons used to be.
Whenever I make a purchase somewhere other than Amazon, I check which site has the best cashback % -...
I'm cheap.
Thought I wouldn't bother swapping my steelies until the factory tires were done - nope. In person, I hated the steelies. Made the truck look 'cheap', but in a bad way! Overcame my cheapness! But after selling them, it was only $500 to upgrade to 17" BS Big Bend and a more 'beefy'...

People like to overcompensate or keep up with the Joneses.
This myth of using your full fuel tank's size ("running to E") has got to die.
I've done this with every variety of vehicle I've owned and never replaced a single fuel pump. Family does the same.
I do expect that Ford (and every other manu.) designs their fuel system to be run routine down to...
ha - appreciate it, as I feel I'm a smart-ass online often
if I do have something constructive, I'll do my best to pass it on and help if I can - but the balance is probably in the other direction
