There shouldn't be any BCM specific control for just the visors. They're wired on the same power circuit as the general power for the front and rear dome lights.
89-2 are the visors. They just have a switch that should close to ground when opened.
It isn't necessarily about catching all the issues, but any initial quality issues that might trigger a recall in the first year or so. Think back to the first model year and things like the gas tank recall or seat belt anchors.
No. The EcoBoost uses an H6 which is almost an inch and a half longer than the H5 which is the largest battery that can really fit in the Hybrid (which requires some modification).
Because those are tied to the other dash vents, not the footwell outlets. Edit: unless you just took a picture of the center vents to show you have the lower selected.
It does not apply to Sync 3. There were no changes in the distribution of Connected Touch Radio for MY24 aside from all Lariats having Sync 3 as the Luxury Package became standard for the trim.
Any recalls blocks sales as new. Some manufacturers additionally will stop-sale branded dealers for used/CPO on recalls, as well, but that doesn't have the force of federal penalty (state and local laws may also affect used with open recalls).
