No love for the Santa Cruz in this debate? Consensus of reviews says Hyundai's AWD system is about as good as Honda's and priced a lot closer to the Mav.
Seems to be on all Mavs regardless of powertrain. This thread suggests that it will hold lower gear for climbing hills or other situations where you need more torque. I guess on a CVT it will let the engine rev higher to have the same effect of holding a lower gear...
I wonder if you could rewire the camera to use an aftermarket one mounted just over the license plate. A really cool mod could be one that replaces the rear Ford emblem altogether and rotates/flips so that it works when the tailgate is down.
Haven't thought of a name for the Mav yet, but my first car was a 2002 Impreza (bug-eye). I like the design, but many of my friends thought it was ugly. So, I named her 'Nela' after the titular character in Marianela.

Like many others have said, $540 for CP360 is a no brainer regardless of the trim or any other options you select. Just like the 4K for $800 is a no brainer if you plan to tow even a couple of times per year.
I had the full bed rug in a 2014 Ram and really liked it. The only downside is that they can start to fray with a couple of stints of heavy use (moving appliances and furniture). The upside is that large heavy things do slide quite easily, which makes them a lot easier to load and unload. The...
Some glossy black wrap from Amazon/ebay could be had for under $20. Probably the cheapest solution and it won't take any more time than installing new covers.
Seems to me that sport and eco modes are only there so that drivers of non-FX4s don't feel cheated with just 3 drive modes. Do they do anything except adjust throttle sensitivity and maybe the shift points? Nothing your right foot can't do without them.
Displaying nothing is probably a wiser marketing decision than telling people it's unavailable.
"Limited Availability" makes people want to get their orders in ASAP. "Unavailable Until Summer 2022" makes people want to shop for another car/truck.
There's this FE in Ohio for $51K:

Any FWD owners care to comment about the torque vectoring springs in the rear and the effect on body roll and going over bumps?

Nurgburgring credentials and excessive power in a street car are just for posers that treat public roads like a race track. These kinds of stats are just as useless as tarted up styling.
Just to be clear, I think any car that isn't just a functional thing with reasonable power, styling, and...
The cars you call bad ass are just posers machines. We just have different opinions about what defines a poser. Tuned V8s used to matter before you could get 300hp from a 2 liter four.
