Yep. Why there's a temp sensor on the battery sensor.

Temperature changes the voltage and this makes “dancing on the head of a pin” more difficult. A warmer ambient requires a slightly lower voltage threshold and a colder...
Tons. At the bottom of this page is 5 Similar threads. You'll see there also that older ones can access it.
Shoot - it started with older ones because no 24 existed yet!
4 batteries in 1.5 years. Ouch, sounds like more than just normal undercharging.
A year old AGM at max 92% SOC charging allowed.
I wonder if it even reaches 92% anymore?
Because it appears the work-arounds need to have a battery in pretty good shape already - so how to tell?
Got a voltmeter...
The truck's system just aren't involved in external charging since it's not on. They aren't metering anything down. I sure hope you don't have the truck on!
Might read the charger manual to discover those instructions.
You added a load while charging - so the voltage went up - to be expected...
The calc's keep the average going past 10K - at least for my last oil change that went over on Trip 2.
Here we have going into winter, and highway speeds for a trip - wonderful double combo.
Ya, the 38.2 was after the trip. The 37.8 was after some very cold snaps.
I've experienced what others...
 60%...
So it appears yours is keeping a high level - probably doing what the others do. 92% SOC.
Was that 2nd dip on the 28th during some drive time?
Now that first dip, for extended time starting the 20th.
Had you just finished a drive?
That whole extended decline - that appears to...
Great picture showing the gap.
What's the step above an Italian tuneup?
I mean if it was movement - there's that hose right below the bracket holding the fuel line.
That's much closer if the engine was torquing itself up that high.
Oh - it has extra protection on it...
Also notice - your fuel...
Regarding your images - be curious to see the Voltage side of it.
That will be better info than SOC due to what I said in last post.
ETA: Knew that was likely the Ancel, many have it. SOC% not as useful as Volts.
Regarding those 2 big dips.
Evening or middle of night?
Early morning or normal...
So that SOC% is not the Ford's system reading, correct, but an external charger/volt reader where you tell it the battery info?
If no battery info was supplied - it's just using standard table for Voltage = SOC%.
Just be aware that most the posts in this thread are talking about Ford's own...
Both sides of that line are connected to the engine, or one to frame one to engine?
If not both ends to engine, seems wrong direction, but could attempts at spirited driving in hybrid cause some engine tilt and cause that bracket to touch line?
ETA: Picture above answered my question.
Frame...
There's the plates of the Fords that didn't make it.
Is that more plates on the side?
Gotta get my son to watch that movie before he goes driving alone in some areas - he already did back roads of TX and OK. Hope he drove right.
Yes the fob sends the transponder code over wireless to confirm the fob unlock is allowed.
Yours must not be a failed transponder, or the ignition wouldn't have seen it either, and the alarm would have gone off as it said it was about to.
If you want to recognize the alarm just in case...
You'll likely notice from other posts that's about right for the EB it appears.
The new axles appear to have a new boot design in a subversion upgrade, though main model number is the same.
Too late for pictures of before/after?
Ahhhh - I don't see that in the test!
No wonder it appears my alignment is off again after catching the rear tire on a shallow curb at slow speed in parking lot after someone raced around a corner.
Bending rear components where there are no adjustments isn't part of the test.
Or is it to...
I was more curious about the poster I quoted - getting an OTA on a 24MY.
I know it's going to take longer than 15 min.
Or even 45!
Good to know how long though, for like mobile service.
Sadly when it's brought in to dealership - that won't help with how long it may take there when in queue.
While some items may break and leave you stranded safely but annoyed - and a TSB will replace item with better/new design then - this isn't that kind of issue.
If indeed a potential issue - I'd bet that zip tied wrap would take less time than a software update, and probably done before the...
