If the banks were still open (in 2022) and this was put in as a separate order, you should still be in line for rollover priority and the private offer. Hopefully.
No. E88 has too much ethanol. You can use regular 87 octane. It has 10% ethanol. E88 has 14-15% ethanol. The owners manual is adamant about this. Thereās also E85, which is specifically blended for flex-fuel vehicles and has a much higher % of ethanol.
I agree that thatās what the memo says. It doesnāt make sense to me that they would pay out for a downgrade. For your sake, I hope youāre right, and that a ācorrectionā memo doesnāt come out!
Yeahā¦.my current ride is a 2011 Ranger 4x4 with less than 95000 miles. I bought it used in 2012 with 8400 miles already on it. We low travelers need to unite, but none of us want to travel to the meetings!
I donāt have my XL Hybrid yet (23>24 rollover). Iām retired and mostly a homebody. I donāt put many miles on my vehicle ( maybe 100 miles per week). Is there a recommendation or rule-of-thumb about how often I should drive the new truck to keep everything in good working condition, especially...
I feel your pain on selling price of my 2011 Ranger 4x4. But if I walked into a dealer this December, and he had identical Mavericks for sale, only one was a 23 and one was a 24. The 24 is $530 more than the 23. Iād take the 24, no question. I get your point. In a perfect world, we would...
But itās not really the same truckā¦itās a model year newer for that $530. Will the guy who walks into a dealer next June get the same deal you got?
I think thereās always a buffer. Even with analog gauges, E doesnāt mean dry-as-a-bone empty. On my old Ranger, the fuel warning light would come on when the needle hit E, but it still had a couple of gallons left. I was never able to put in more than about 16.5 gallons in its 19 gallon tank.
I canāt speak specifically to the Maverick because mine isnāt here yet. The mud flaps and window visors (in channel, not tape on) on my 2011 Ranger have been through car washes, of many types, many times. Never a problem.
Would a ceramic coating improve the durability of the paint? Seems like I remember that being an option (either dealer added or factory). I opted not to get it. Mistake?
