I’ve been in a couple of discussions with other MTC members regarding high mpg/tank. My observations are that while it’s possible to get 600+ mpg, are you sacrificing time and HV battery life to do so? All of the posts I’ve seen regarding the “600 mile club” show relatively slow driving speeds...
Every post I’ve seen that had a picture of the trip odometer had an elapsed time of 18-22 hours to travel that 600 miles. Math says that’s an average speed of 27-33 mph. That’s not normal driving to me. I honestly hope you’re getting that kind of mileage averaging around 50 mph, but I’d have...
Some guys did get regular “45 day” updates. I got two in nine months, then put in my rollover order in July. Got verification on the rollover, then a build date about a month later. Bottom line: Who the hell knows what Ford will do regarding updates?
Not surprising to see quite a number of senior owners. Our needs are different than when we were in our 30s, 40s, and 50s. I’m 69 and don’t haul, tow, or commute the way I used to. Smaller truck for light hauling or towing just fits our needs, not to mention fuel savings!
Weird. I had my build date delayed from 10/23 to 11/13. Another member of MTC had their build date moved up from November to October. Only differences between the two trucks are color and mine has a full size spare, neither of which is listed as a constraint.
