In my Hybrid, I use 87 Octane with TopTier additives, per Ford's recommendation in the manual. Most stations in my area have TopTier in their gas - exception here is walmart.
Higher grades will help with performance & MPG, but only on the ecoboost.

CeraKote ceramic paint protection.
Cerakote for plastic trim on all the exterior plastic-y bits.
Over a year later after application and water on the CeraKote-painted surfaces still beads up.
For my single bike, an anti-fatigue mat like one used on the floor beneath a kitchen sink works just fine. And cheaper than bike tailgate mats. Walmart or amazon. https://www.walmart.com/search?q=anti-fatigue+kitchen+mat
If you're concerned at all, it would definitely be worth it just for peace of mind.
Order a test sample kit so you'll have it on hand next time you do an oil change. https://www.blackstone-labs.com/
I currently have the noco genius 2. Some people like the 5. The 2 seems to work just fine for me. They have them at Walmart or Amazon.
I use them to prolong the life of my riding mower battery and the Maverick 12v battery. I bought quick connect adapters for the mower and the truck. Takes me...
For wired AA, it uses both bluetooth and the wired USB connection.

You got screwed. They should refund the diagnostic fee, since the real problem was a warranty item. I would raise LOUD hell for a refund. And then find another dealer to do future repairs. The one you're using cannot be trusted.
Some people who've bought an AGM battery are still having their trucks go into battery saver mode. Seems to delay the problems caused by the BMS software not keeping the 12v battery fully charged. Ford supposedly has a BMS fix coming soon.
In the mean time, one way to prevent battery saver...
Now that it's warmer and I dont' have to run the heater or warm up the truck, I'm back to getting upper 40s in my mostly hilly & city driving. Got 51 mpg coming home yesterday, and not unusual.
OP: Post back a year from now with your annual average MPG. Also google "pulse & glide" Hybrid...
