That's because on the highway, the Hybrid will not deliver much more impressive mileage than the ecoboost. Especially over 60. At that speed & higher, it rarely runs in Electric mode. If your driving is almost all highway, the reasons for buying the Hybrid shrink, except for higher resale...
I would disconnect the 12v battery for a while. Then reconnect and see if the warnings return. If they do not clear, or if you are still concerned, just take the truck back to the dealer, show them the warnings you posted here and have them check it for you.
Not the same thing as fob start. Even my XL has start-with-app. App system works over the internet, vs the fob method that only works a certain distance from the truck.
All new Fords that have the app have app remote start. But not all new Fords have start-with-fob. A Lariat Maverick should...
Luckily, never had to use mine on my truck. But I've jumped several other vehicles with it. So much safer & easier than trying to line up two vehicles to get jumper cables close enough to reach both batteries.

Just get Start-X on Amazon. About 100 bucks. It uses your same fob for remote fob start. Just press Lock> Unlock> Lock on the fob.
