My dealer had a fully refundable $500 deposit at order and you could turn it down whenever with no penalty. They’d prefer I didn’t take delivery so they could sell it at a mark up.

MY wife's 2020 Escape has a hard stop for park and drive. It feels pretty solid but not everything can be idiot proof. It was weird at first in my Mav but it doesn't bother me any more. You can still feel the clicks of each gear mode.

Recycling day at my house

Here’s a couple pictures I got! You have to use a washer as the hole in the bracket is larger than the screw head but it feels super solid and strong. Clearance is perfect when tailgate is closed and it stays tucked out of the way

I'm sure that would work. It doesn't bother me enough to do anything about it for now. Northern Indiana doesn't have many months out of the year where I have to worry about being too hot in the car and I've found the AC to work well at cooling the cab quickly.

It gets warmer than cloth probably would sitting in the sun all day but the pro's of it easily outweigh the cons. Only way for Ford to improve on that seat is to add a cooling fan option for it

Picked my Lariat Lux up yesterday and I cannot believe how soft that active-x material is! So comfortable and that saddle brown color is incredible.

I finally got my truck and installed the tailgate assist and these brackets work perfectly as a fixed tie down point in place of the lost bottle opener! I'll try to get some pictures later but they worked exactly as I had hoped previously. Highly recommend if you're looking for a solid bracket.

Laid eyes on mine for the first time! Saw on the tracker that it had been delivered to the dealership and was able to sneak a peak over a fence next to a few of its Mav and Bronco Sport brothers. Hopefully I’ll be able to pick it up early this week!
