Yeah, it's no big deal. Unless you're the blind person. Or pet. Or small child. Or elderly person.

  4. Tell me if you've heard this one before - dealer price adjustment

Probably not true. Dealerships make most of their profit on used vehicles, parts and service.
  5. License plate location

Seems like some Honda CRVs, Toyota Rav4s and Range Rovers have offset plates. There are probably a few others. Can't think of another truck though.
  6. Is co pilot 360 worth it ?

Only you can gauge it's worth. If you want the Maverick to possibly arrive sooner, then maybe removing the CoPilot 360 will speed things up. My first priority is my safety, so obviously I want any technology that will make my ride safer. Your choice.

Are you implying that the car industry is actually corrupt? :)

Oh wow!!! Imagine all of the Florida MTC comrades showing up at Gary Yeomans Ford - Daytona Beach for the very festive occasion. GYF will probably have pizza and soft drinks for everyone. Maybe Dillon and Mike could sign autographs while they take selfies with everyone. This could be Gary...
  9. Thus endeth my tracking endeavors

Be sure to invite GreenLady to join in the festivity at Gary Yeomans Ford - Daytona Beach. Maybe they'll take you guys out back to see her "damaged in transit" Maverick. :)
  10. Shocked - They Are Taking Orders - More Dealer Scams

I'd rather have a sister in a whorehouse than a brother who's a car salesman.

Car dealers are not hurting. Most of their profit is in used car sales, parts, service, financing and what ever the finance guy convinces the customer they need. Let's not forget the "mandatory" dealer add-ons such as nitrogen for the tires, window etching, protective coatings, etc. I almost...

Years ago, had a nice Ford Windstar van, bought used. Later, there was a problem with the transmission. 13. Veterans Ford in FL 40% markup

Another great example of why I'd rather have a sister in a whorehouse than a brother who's a car salesman.
  14. Mathemachickens Only

You can't trust numbers. We've all heard Pi r-squared. Utter nonsense. Everybody knows pie are round. Cornbread are square.

Have you actually taken delivery of the Maverick yet? If not, let us know how it goes with the salesman, sales manager and finance guy. They may have some unpleasant surprises for you.
  16. Consumer Reports tests show nitrogen in tires not worth the cost or inconvenience

Could you break this down to a meaningful algebraic expression at the molecular level for us non-scientific types?
  17. This Ford Dealership apparently didn’t need my money.

It's a known fact that car dealership salesmen, sales managers, finance guys, general managers and owners are oftentimes professional liars. They specialize in deception and shell games to get the most money possible out of their customers. They do it all day, every day. They train for it. Those...
