Plaster your reviews all over the internet. Call out the salesman and sales manager by name (first and last). Don't hold back. Let the world know how horrible your transaction has been. Save someone else the anguish.
Did they put a dealer decal or license plate on your truck? I hope you told...
You will need to get a buyer's order signed by a manager or the owner. Don't rely on anything verbal, emails. texts, quotes, etc. Get the signed buyer's order to really know what you are buying and for how much.
Agreed. A call and written complaint to Ford costs nothing but a little bit of time. And maybe some good will come from it. There is apparently a very slight chance that someone at Ford will actually follow up.
Common sense would dictate that Ford should take the negative feedback and find...
Good for you!
I don't know the back story on your extended warranty issue, so I have to wonder if it's anything like the problems faced by the OP. The two points of contention may be very different.
It's good to know that someone was actually victorious over a dealer. I suspect that is a very...

I can't speak for anyone else, but if I were in his situation...
Illegal? Probably not. Unethical? Of course.
Contacting FoMoCo is very likely a waste of time.
The vast majority of car dealers are masters of shell games and deception. They are professional liars. They do it all day, every day. They train for it. From the first moment they meet you, they...
Excellent!
Maybe you will get to deal with the infamous Dillon and Mike at Gary Yeomans Ford - Daytona Beach, home of the "damaged in transit" Maverick. Perhaps GreenLady can be there to share in this very happy occasion.
Please post pics!
That's not your truck. Your Maverick was "damaged in transit" and can't be sold.
If you have any questions just contact Gary Yeomans Ford - Daytona Beach and they can explain the process to you. :)
Congratulations on being allowed to join the Maverick Truck Club. Certainly you realize that we are a very elite group. Membership is highly coveted and not to be taken lightly.
Again, congratulations on your joining our ranks. Hold your head high and know that you are now part of something...
