I hate towing :-\ lol
If we ever went for a trailer, it would be one of these for the expansive windows!

$$$ though
Sorry, but that looks like all the hassle of a trailer and no benefits beyond a decent tent.
It's okay to sleep on the ground!
If you can't for some reason, a large tent and cots work. All without towing anything.
Its not great. Neither is our Sienna. Both are much worse than previous vehicles, but those were smaller (Prius, Rav4, Sportwagen).
An Outback has a good turning radius for it's size. If they had put a hybrid engine in one of those pre-2020, we'd own one now. Not giving up my cheap Mav anytime...
Ordered this the other day

That's awesome that you're 80 and still DIY'ing oil changes!
Also, you could change that Mobil oil at 20k miles and the engine should still outlive you ;)
I spent a lot of time to work out the best pricing. Last Dec FordPartsPros had a 10% off coupon. Maybe wait for black friday sales or keep an eye out weekly.
Some of the smaller items I ordered from other places, as the shipping jumped big time when added to my order. So you really have to...
1. Are you old as dirt?
or
2. Are you a used car dealer?
If not, I can assume hyperbole? Otherwise you spend all of your free time test driving, buying and selling used vehicles?
^I think you got it - should be able to just push it under the plastic side peices.
Ford points will cover the BedRug - got mine for $10 or so. Well worth it and the flat/padding is key vs other options.
lol
Love all the jealous haters.
When I see people speeding and driving like a-holes, I assume that they must be very important people who can't waste their precious time driving like a normal citizen. Apparently we have lots doctors that were just called in to work or just self-indulgent...
Highly unlikely that any mod that costs money will save you more in gas money, though.
Two winners I know of:
Drive slower
Inflate tires more
Oh, third one:
remove excess weight
I was more discussing the 2022 with 133k miles - I'd think that could handle 5k OCI on "dino" (most oils that meet required specs for newest vehicles are semi-syn) b/c they changed the oil 26 times in 2 ish years (if using 5k OCI). That was 1-2 months per OCI !
I think you're being facetious / sarcastic?
That many miles in that short a time - syn vs semi won't matter one bit. Those are very likely easy hwy miles (or even lots of around town sales stuff and few cold starts) and changing the oil at 5k would be a waste of time and money.
Yeah the value that old Tacos demand is simply crazy.
In 2022 and 2023 a hybrid Maverick was one of the cheapest hybrid vehicles you could purchase. Similar price to a Corolla hybrid. For those of us that got a hybrid truck for under $25k, I think that will still be worth something in 10...
Taco's high resale value is the only reason it gets a low cost of ownership.
If you drive lots of miles and/or live where gas is $$$ - Taco isn't cheap. I've ran the numbers before and never wanted to spend $ on a truck until the Maverick came along.
