Second this (I've recommended it in at least two other threads) If you're doing oil changes and/or tire rotations DIY, this will be a timesaver.

Rear cross traffic alert catches vehicles and chimes - but not sure it does pedestrians. Need CoPilot 360 option. That would get you blind spot monitoring and lane keep assist also. Hard to add after the fact, though.
