No. Fluid is added and level checked via the capped hole visible forward of the driver's side wheel. https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/changed-the-ecvt-transmission-fluid-in-my-hybrid-maverick.47358/
Cheers.
I flushed the brake fluid on my '22 hybrid without going into brake service mode. Didn't do the ABS flush, just the main lines with a vacuum bleeder. Also had the front calipers off today to check that the pads were free on the carriers without service mode.

$400 diagnostic, then to add insult to injury they didn't take it out of limp mode. Wow, this raises the bar. Wish I could advise if Forscan will do it. Sure someone on the forum knows.
Cheers.
Fill/level plug is inboard of the driver's side wheel. Can be reached with the wheels turned left. Search up transmission fluid change for pics.

No, it's not. I used a long 10mm T handle with a magnet stuck on it to remove and replace the hold down bolt, but a long extension will do (might need a long and short together). Trickiest part is removing the plastic cover on the positive terminal. 5 min. job, no need to pull the plastic...
Would also like to know how the original shafts were failing. I kept waiting for mine to fail, but decided to get it sorted before the powertrain warranty was up. The passenger side has been weeping grease at the clamp since new, 87,000 km now. No vibration or sign of failure. Dealer changed...
Since yours is a 24 this TSB doesn't apply specifically, but it resolved the issue with my 22. Might be worth showing the tech., or to a service advisor if this is what you're experiencing.

Are you certain it's coming from the braking system? There was an issue with some hybrids shuddering when transitioning off the engine under deceleration/braking. Happened with my 22 only a few times before it was cleared up with a software update. Can't recall which build dates were...
On the surface the 80% charging setting seems idiotic, but Ford (and by all accounts Toyota with their hybrids) did it for a reason. Perhaps the goal was to absolutely minimize the charging of the battery to improve fuel economy. (Would seem like false economy, bumped mine up to 95%.) Might...
I would assume it was just due to the code, but am curious as the dealer said it was a spun bearing. Seems like there were no members, that I can recall, posting that they had a lower end failure prior to the software update, now a few have thrown the code. I'd be surprised if the...
Perhaps try saving the battery, it might be usable. My '22 did this with the original battery (3v on inspection), charged it fully, did the BMS reset. Trickle charged every couple of weeks. No issues. I did change it prior to the winter with another flooded, simply for peace of mind, but...
Had mine not start after sitting for a day and a half. Battery was at 3v. Charged it and had parts shop do a quick load test, said it was Ok. Ran it for another 8 months or so before replacing it with a new aftermarket. I am guessing this type of failure is what the update is going to...
We changed our '12 Prius battery after 8 years assuming it was due, but it was still working fine. Three friends with '23 and newer Toyota hybrids have all had dead batteries.
