You would need a nav specific APIM. If you go sync 4 you need to make sure you get the 8 inch screen apim. Not all will work. I don’t know if ford makes a nav 8 inch apim though
If you do sync 3 you need a gen 4 apim with nav available

My first thought was is this just missing the connector and can it be soldered on. If so does this even have a tuner installed? Also the white connector is labeled as FM2. What does that mean? Can you get a sirius tuner and connect it to FM2?
