You would need a nav specific APIM. If you go sync 4 you need to make sure you get the 8 inch screen apim. Not all will work. I don’t know if ford makes a nav 8 inch apim though If you do sync 3 you need a gen 4 apim with nav available

I believe thats all you lose is remote start from the app. I have just lived with the message since I use the remote start a lot.

This has been covered in other threads somewhere. The only fix right now is to disconnect the truck from the Ford Pass app

The problem is the wiring harnesses. You can find a Sync 2 tonSync 3 but no Sync 2.5 to Sync 3. They have vastly different wiring
