The look of sync 4 on this screen is a 1000 times better than what’s in there now. It’s not the screen it’s the UI that sucks

this is amazing. Finally this truck will be 100% what I hoped it would be. The speed of sync 4 and how much cleaner the display looks is worth all of the work and the price. Great work @zackmd1!!

Gotcha. That’s been a frustrating one. I updated the customer connectivity line and it worked for an hour and stopped. No idea why. I ordered the bracket for the apim. It’s pricey but I couldn’t find a good way to mount the thing and figured oem would work best for long term

I found the part number for the bracket that holds the APIM out of the way so you can slide the ACM in. LJ6Z14A301AA Its pricey for all it does but Ive spent the last two hours trying to get this mounted and there is no easy way to do it.

The problem with that is the plugs on the APIM. They take up a ton of space and will probably stick up to high and wont let you slide the APIM in. I was also thinking of mounting it behind the center part of the dash if I can slide it back there from the foot well and run the wires to that...

I hard rebooted both the cluster and the APIM and neither worked. Im not sure what setting im missing but someone will find it sooner or later if I dont. I can live without the instrument cluster since the radio is only a foot to the right.
