Eruption Green Tailgate Lettering Color Choices

For all of us getting Eruption Green '25 Mavericks, assuming that the tailgate lettering remains a popular accessory, what color are you thinking? Chrome doesn't seem quite right to me, not like it would be on the red, black, or blue, I worry that black lettering might not have enough contrast, but if it does, it might be nice and subtle. Or, I've seen both yellow and orange tailgate lettering that would certainly stand out against the green, but might also be a bit garish. I'm probably going to wait until after I take delivery to decide, but I'm curious what's going through other folk's minds for this?

Me too, specifically some kind of matte black. But I've been noticing that a lot of the tailgate lettering that really pops has more contrast that than. Black on desert sand, cyber orange, or white. Chrome on blue, red, or black. And the black letters outlined in red look pretty good too. It got me wondering if I should be going for a bit more pop. I had been thinking a lava effect would be cool, but I think I'd have to custom paint what I was thinking. Figured I'd ask.

I also have the BAP on mine, so black would be my go-to. I'm unsure how glossy the roof, front end, and rims will be. I'll have to decide when I see it if I go matte or glossy.

No lettering, but I didn't put lettering on my HPR either.

IF I was going to put lettering I'd probably go with black, likely either solid matte or maybe matte carbon fiber. I think the subtle contrast would be best, but again this is coming from the guy who thinks no contrast is the best.

What was the source? That sounds interesting.

They were from Etsy and were just vinyl sticker (not hard or raised 3D). The order confirmation called it "REFLECTIVE BLACK" for the color.

The seller/listing doesn't exist anymore, but I am sure there are other sellers who have access to that same reflective black vinyl.

I was looking at the Bronco forums since Eruption Green was already established and thought a metallic looking copper color might look good. Sort of like some of the mods they have done with the Bronco lettering on their grill. Silver letters would probably look decent on the XL’s matching the steelies.

I used matte black on my silver 22, likes how it matched the black trim, thinking the same for the 25 when it gets here

That's what I'm thinking for mine. I'd like to find it in a raised letter, but I'm good with the vinyl if I can't find raised.
