I checked my account on Ford today. I ordered on 08/09/24. My build week was 11/18/24. It is in production today. Hope to have it soon

Don't get too excited yet, my build week is 11/18/24 as well and the tracking site has had my Mav "In Production" since 11/7. I think "In Production" just means they are gearing up for assembly and hopefully both of our Mav's will be built sometime next week.

Mine went in production too. Having the date added is exciting. Hoping I'll get built date soon. Still no window sticker though.

Ordered 8/1 and scheduled for 11/11 as well. Been "in production" since 11/01 but heard builds actually started 11/14. Saw all the BCE modules start showing up that afternoon so hoping it's finished in the next day or so.

Then they'll ship it and I'll pick it up next week. Right?!? Surely I'm not overly optimistic on that one.

I'm wondering if they'll stay "In Production", at least for the hybrids, until the EPA certification comes through and Ford can print the window sticker.

Then they'll ship it and I'll pick it up next week. Right?!? Surely I'm not overly optimistic on that one.

Ford will be doing a 6 week quality hold on these initial builds. At least that's the rumor. If that's the case you will get it sometime in January or February.

100%, I'm not expecting to see it until Feb. at the earliest.

But I'm still going to hope they drop it off in my driveway on Thanksgiving.

I was told by Ford Chat this morning that my XLT Hybrid has a ETA at dealership of December 23-27th. Went into production on 11-14.

They are likely just accessing "VIN View".... the ETA listed there is very very much estimated. We've had some that have been estimated to arrive "next week" for 2 or 3 months. They just keep getting pushed back another week when they don't arrive (whether held at plant or railyard).

So take any ETA provided by Ford with a grain (or better yet a "ton") of salt!

We have heard that early-build 25 Mavericks will be held for 6 weeks. I'm thinking late Jan/early Feb for first 25 Mavs at dealerships.

I don't think you will get it in a week, If you get it in around 3 weeks after built, it would be average time that it took on our earlier trucks.

I realize it's just an estimate. It's also hard to believe that Ford is going to hold some 20,000 vehicles for 6 six weeks when there was very little change from the '24 Maverick.

There is often a little delay (before okay to buy/ emissions certification is achieved). Ford started doing that (6 week QC delay) on some other new models this year, and as far as dealers have been told, that will be happening for 25 Maverick as well.

I would sure rather have a QC hold instead of some dang recall for simple fix that should have been caught by QC that got missed.

No I'm pretty sure everyone else - Ford included - is wrong and I'll get my Maverick next week. I know they said they'll hold job 1 builds an additional 4-6 weeks for QC, but I'm pretty sure they can sense my anticipation and will deliver mine way ahead of every rational timeline.
