Light on Key Fob no longer works

Has anyone else had the light on the key fob no longer work? I thought that the battery might be low in the fob, so I replaced it, and the light still doesn't come on. It works just fine, but the light seems to be dead. Any suggestions?

EDIT: Well, I tried it again this morning and now it works. Not sure why it didn't last night.

I have a Lariat Tremor and there has never been a light on either of my fobs.

The light only ever worked for me when using remote start on the fob.

I'm referring to the indicator light right above the unlock button. I have a '22 Lariat with the Lux pack. Usually, it will go solid green when I remote start my truck, or it will flash red if the command didn't go through. Now it isn't working at all.

Pop it open again and see if there is some cracked solder around the led or one of the board components. Especially if the remote start still works and just not the light.

I don't get that much access to the board, and I have 0 experience with soldering.

Well, I tried it again this morning and now it works. Not sure why it didn't last night.

‘22 Lariat non-lux hybrid, delivered Jan, ‘22.
No light on fob. Nothing, apparently, to malfunction.
Coincidentally, just yesterday got an onboard dash warning to change the fob battery.

It helps to include the year, model, trim level and possibly packages i.e. lux, 360,..when seeking information from members on the forum.

Ah,my XLT fob doesn't have that light,you must have a Lariat?

I have a 22 XLT with 360 & LUX and my keyed fob has lights for when you remote start. Only
