It's OK, it'll grow on people.
I like the 2025 front end it will grow on you. Every new body style on all Corvettes also came with criticism but people still want and purchase them. By the way l see it I ordered a lariat in space white.
But as a final thought I also liked the 1958 Edsel.

I tend to agree. There are so many good upgrades in the MY25, I really see the looks of the front end stopping people from ordering MY25 Mavericks.

It's a mistake, but so is putting all of the HVAC controls on the screen. I fail to see how the larger screen will make any difference. Certainly not worth taking a bath trading.

The real mistake is the Lobo wheels. Ugliest wheels ever put on a vehicle.

ABSOLUTELY ! I guess Ford did not get the memo that more car buyers want actual knobs!
And yes the screen on the previous models is small with the funky cubby but now the screen is to big! And again NO NO NO bad Ford for putting the AC/heat controls via a scree

It looks like it should do something. Maybe flip down to reveal a rocket launcher or a couple of mini guns 😬
You were *not* supposed to say that in public.

Black bag team dispatched for "cleanup".

🤪

There are people that like AMC Pacer and Pontiac Aztek.
Fortunately, advances in psychiatric medicine have made that treatable!

I believe with Synch4 you can press the "Action" button on the steering wheel and say, "Turn the AC to 78 degrees", and it will do it.
Hmm. Does she have a name? I'm anticipating a catfight with Siri . . .

Didn't they say the same thing on 74 Mustang?
Bizarre as it sounds, the pintostang was the most successful "mustang" generation in terms of sales!

"Hey, let's slap a trunk on a pinto, and put indents in the doors. Noone will notice if we put a horse on the grill!"

I really like it, I just don't like the indents on the bumper below the headlights. I wish they would have made it smooth instead.

I like that the grill bar is removed from the 22 to 24 model.

How do you really feel about it? I'm glad they put a bigger screen in but didn't need to be that big and getting rid of manual HVAC controls is a negative

I agree with you on deleting the HVAC controls, but it's not much different than when they added mp3 capabilities via USB. The cd player was soon deleted as well, yup sorry I love my cd's.

I think they are trying to get people to like something new so that they will stand out from the others, if that makes sense. I find it interesting, to say the least

Agreed. Those indents, which are likely just molded in, are a clear design choice but are also what make that look like an afterthought, a tacked on panel. I’m sure they tried it without those indents and perhaps the vast expanse of plastic was too much and needed something to break it up.

Still, it’s not pretty to this beholder.

Until you pointed it out, I thought it was an actual break in the plastic which would make that middle piece easy & cheaper to take off and replace if you slightly damaged it. Now that I look at it, it wouldn't make sense to have that piece be separate from the small piece on each side of it.

Maybe not having those indentations made it look "bad" in some other way...no idea.

I'm waiting for the aftermarket to make a chrome grill...I'm not a fan of the blackout theme.

The good and the bad about the ā€˜25 I’ve seen better designs over the years. But the advances of the new model over the past is a plus. Yes Ford could have made a better design But everything gets better over time. The good thing is if people don’t like this design and don’t order them that moves my order closer to a build date. ;-)
