Advice for getting Gaslight by the Dealer ? Warranty denied on multiple items, managers talk in a circle
Ahh yes. I've heard nothing but bad about them. I've used Autonation Ford on Gulf Freeway on Houston and Ryan Ford in Sealy for most of my warranty stuff.

Quick Timeline and status update:
Wednesday Oct 16th: I got a call promising to make it right and all Warranty items were being approved, I said I would call back no later than Friday to schedule
Work caught up with me, and I was unable to reach out to Schedule
Monday Oct 21st: Got a call first thing in the morning, I was working but the sales manager left a VM following up trying to get me scheduled.
I ultimately was able to call back in the afternoon, and they agreed to text rather than play phone tag.
I expressed I was unwilling to leave my truck there and didn't want to schedule until November when I travel for a week for work. She right away offered a loaner ( which was never on the table before)
Props to Ford for getting the ball rolling with surveys, and props to this dealer for going the extra mile to make it right, regardless of the motivation.
I will probably be dropping my truck off later this week and will update here when I have more.
I plan to individually address the warranty items and grease with the service manager when dropping it off, as well as ask her to go for a ride to hear the window noise and rattle in the door. I feel like the items were noted by my service advisor the first visit, but he was not truly paying attention to the issues, more just taking notes and leaving it for a technician to look at.

Got my truck back today.
A few nicks here and there, but outside of that:
Head Unit was replaced
Headliner was replace as well as seals, unsure if this will fix long term, I will add pictures tomorrow.
Wind noise SEEMS to be gone but will need to drive a bit more.
The stated unable to replicate rattle near speaker, I was trying to avoid pulling the panel but looks like I will have to fix that.
Overall 7/10 after bringing it back. Rental was an Escape with 4,500 miles on it, reeked like smoke and shifted terribly. At least I got a rental though, and the major issue ( headline ) appears to be fixed.

I'm glad you finally got your dealer to do some warranty work.
I'm going through a similar situation trying to get CV axles replaced...
