I ordered a 25’ XLT AWD hybrid this fall. Production date of Dec 11. Hope to have it in January Of 25’ and I’m looking forward to it!
I’ve owned a Prius for 18 years and it’s time to recycle it into something else. 185k miles on it. Sadly, the car runs great but the Minnesota salt on the roads has taken its toll on the body. The hybrid battery still works great too. My mileage has dropped somewhat over the years but I still get over 40mpg on it.

In the meantime, I’m on the forums reading about the truck and looking forward to finally having one soon. Thanks everyone.

At what internal battery temperature does the truck start using freon (air conditioning) to cool the battery?

How many horsepower do you have while driving on electricity only?

What MPG does the 2022 FWD Hybrid get towing a 3200 lb. 7W x 12L x 9H trailer over the Rocky Mountains? Assume fair weather and negligible wind.

How many screws hold together the cooling jacket on the HV battery?

I own a 2024 Maverick and am having the problem of the vehicle going dead. Has happened three times, take it to the dealer and then it happens again. I don't thing Ford knows how to solve this. Some say an AGM battery will fix it. What do you think?

C looks like a dash center bezel
D is a fuse box

You asked about what else you need to know about your upcoming Maverick.
#1: Get it undercoated.
#2: use the little slot south of the gear knobto place your credit card or cash before entering any McDonald’s drive in. Very convenient!
