Technically 225 is the stock width for all the 17" wheels, but those sound like they work just fine.

Corolla. NC. Don't know where Corolla ends and Corova starts. Anyway it's beautiful there. About 1.5 hr drive from where I'm at in VA

No, you're right. I actually didn't know that the 235 was an optional size that came with one optional wheel. Didn't mean to sidetrack your post. it's a great looking truck. I miss the beach.

How much did you air the tires down to? Also what safety equipment like boards and shovels did you bring?

I have traction boards. Folding shovel. Tow strap, and a small portable compressor ( don't need the compressor as Corolla has air an station when you get off the beach. I air down to 20 lbs.

Guess they aren't that stringent on the safety items. I've seen places require you have a portable toilet among other items. The only thing I'd add to that assuming you have a tow hitch is a d-ring shackle hitch receiver.
