Anyone know what that tells me?

You're in trouble. They sent you a bill and you didn't pre-pay. So now they have Re-Billed you.

Hahaha, just funning around waiting for an email from Ford. Hope it brought a smile at least.

Definition of rebill: A rebill is when an inaccurate billing document is voided due to invalid charges, and then replaced with a new billing document that contains adjusted charges.

Wishing you a cheaper price on the build from FORD

Odd
I've never gotten a billing document from FORD just the window sticker with no information on it
My build date was September 23 but now it's still listed as in production and delivery date is TBD
With the new window sticker I'm hoping it will ship soon.
But I figure not til December at the earliest.

Did you by any chance order an ecoboost FWD with a 4K towing package?

Now I'm really confused.
On track my build it shows it still shows it as in production as of 23 September but if I'm reading the code correctly the date on the bottom of the sticker is the blend date which is today
WTF over!!!

Blue window stickers are dealer stock units, green window stickers are retail orders. Your dealer must have put your order in as a stock unit I take it?
All of the hybrid window stickers have been blue.

Maybe you chose an item that was included also in a package and they are going to credit for one of them. It does seem like I had checked something and later discovered it in the XLT LUX package. Not sure now but may have been the $100 trailer hitch. Look at your options you chose individually and see if any are also in a package.

I have no idea
I had a green sticker till today but it didn't show price, MPH or anything else just what I ordered as far as XTL hybrid copilot 360
So even though it shows 23 September on the tracker it only went into production yesterday?

As another data point ... I have a Hybrid XL that was originally scheduled to be built the week of 10/04 ... it was then moved to 10/14 [which happens to be the week when production shut down on 10/11 & 10/12 and also 10/15] ... it has been stuck "in production" since 10/14 ... I had a green sticker with no EPA numbers that changed to Blue when the EPA numbers showed up and now shows the "4-Rebill" label ... that new [Blue] window sticker shows a "blend date" of 10/27/21 (same as yours).

My speculation - The "4-Rebill" label means the unit has to be rescheduled for production. Since about early October Ford is running an erratic [Hybrid specifically] production planning and production line. With a blend date of 10/27 and the plant shutdown the week of 01-05 Nov, it is likely that my XL won't be built until sometime after the first week in November. Ford may be configuring itself to run a Hybrid heavy production schedule from the second week in November through December to meet the announced January Hybrid deliveries.

I have no constraining items on my order. My XL was supposed to be the 8,859 unit to go through the assembly line.

It could be that when they first generated your window sticker the EPA data was not available and now that they have it, they generated a new window sticker, hence additional information has been added so they changed it from normal to rebill?

That is possible too. However, if that's the case, the rest of the original information (i.e. "blend date", etc) should have remained unchanged.
