Absolutely Stunning!
The best rims ever available for the Maverick. I have the BAP wheels, which are those same rims but no machined surfaces and everything painted flat black.

I've wanted to do a set of 245\60 R18 tires myself.... just a bit bigger for the somewhat uncomfortable roads in Mexico. But I won't do it until I can trade these BAP wheels for something.

Pirelli scorpion as + 3. Yes it is lowered with good-win springs.

I'm probably using that size this winter. I'm currently using 255/55-18 summer tires 🤣

That's a good size tire.
works great at stock ride height, and pretty sure it works with eibach springs but I'll find out later when I finally get around to installing them. :ROFLMAO:

it's basically the same height / diameter as your 235/60-18, it's just that if you want a summer tire, you have to get something lower profile than a 60 series.

I want to replace the 225/60/18 with the 235/60/18 on my hybrid lariat. Just wondering what mpg hit they will result in.
FWIW, here's been my experience:

I moved up to the 235/60r18 Wildpeaks on my 22 hybrid purely for the look, I don't have a real need for AT's where I'm at, but I I have noticed a dip in my mpg. I've been sitting at the Ford projected average of 37 mpg mixed driving now as opposed to 39-41 beforehand. When I picked this one up in FL and drove back to TN (~650 miles) I got 40 mpg the whole way. I've done the trip again with the new tires and its still in the 37-38 range.

I'm not 100% convinced the mpg drop is completely tied to the tires. I think the hybrid battery isn't charging as efficiently as it should and may be a contributing factor as well. I had a CO hybrid Maverick prior to this VB one (met an unfortunate demise) and I feel the ICE seems to run more often with this one. There were some issues with the early 22's where the connection in the engine wasn't what is should be and I'm thinking it could be the issue, just not got around to really testing it or having Ford take a look. So no proof of it, just a hunch so take that as you will.

Anyway, long story short, I'd expect at least 1-2 mpg drop moving up to this size tire.
