Unexpected Limp mode on 24 Hybrid

For the second time today I was sent into a limp mode, with dash complaining about park brake, steering, check engine soon, and a multitude of other errors. Today I just happened be right in front of a Ford dealer. I pulled in and had them check my codes.. The code system found the previous incident on June 3rd. But no cause as to why this occured.. no TSB's or anting else to explain out of the blue faults resulting in limp mode.
Had anyone else had this no reason limp mode problem??

All they did was collect info, and clear the codes. They didn't do anything else because they didn't have any info to point at a specific problem.

No recalls done at all, only 4300 miles roughly. They did say that the battery was only at 51 percent. Proper voltage, but not at full charge. Things that make you go Hmmm, asked about a defective e battery as a possible cause.. no reply??

Dealer didn't speculate on cause or cure!

You need to get the recalls done. One fixes the stalling issue!

I asked about recalls and TSB's with a no open recalls for my Maverick??

So far in 4500 miles is happened twice, once on June 3rd, and then when I posted this message.
Shutting off for 5 plus minutes clears limp mode.

The first recall I in early April caused a major truck stall. Ford soon caught on about it and a recall for the early April recall was issued to fix the stall problem. Don't quote me on this, but I think the recall fix is 24S33 or 24S24. I tried following this issue back in April but I could not keep up with all the threads being posted.

My main point is that Ford found out the issue and put out a recall fix to it. This site was getting dozens of complaints a day about this. Now, I see one every 2 months. Some dealerships may still not be aware of it. You need to tell them to look in their service bulletins from end of March to the end of April this year. People were nearly getting into serious accidents and Ford got on it. There is a fix.

Frustrating to say the least. You might try another dealer, because this sounds like something they should be able to catch. Perhaps the dealer you went to just didn't have a tech who had the experience.
