Talking out my ass here but it likely would fall into a margin of error. It is heavier than what the truck comes with 3lbs compared to 22.So, next question, any noticable impact on mpg expected?

I've ordered one, should be here next week. I'm just happy to have a proper part there instead of a glorified piece of paper.Talking out my ass here but it likely would fall into a margin of error. It is heavier than what the truck comes with 3lbs compared to 22.
Mine just shipped out, coming out of florida. I'll have to wait for some nicer weather though before the swap, triple digit heat isn't great right now. Or I could clean out the garage.I've ordered one, should be here next week. I'm just happy to have a proper part there instead of a glorified piece of paper.
Post some photos when you get it.I ordered this skid plate for my hybrid today after changing the oil. The plastic/felt bottom cover was pretty beat up from gravel and road debris. I just want some better protection for the oil pan especially since I'll be installing an Eibach lowering kit soon.
Using the discount code "MVRCKFRM10", my total was $269 with free shipping. Seems like a reasonable price for a good product. Now it's a waiting game haha.
Will do. I'll take some comparison photos of the stock under body shield vs the Rival skid plate. The skid plate seems smaller in size and coverage.Post some photos when you get it.
Thank you
Looks good! I do wish they had extended it just another inch forward so you would at least have the option of using those existing bolts under the front bumper cover. But who knows how much that would actually do anyway. Before

Overall I'm pleased with the end result. I did hit a snag due to user error with a torque wrench and stripped out one bolt. Thankfully the instructions listed exactly what bolt to get and it fit correctly
You didn't happen to snap a pic of them side by side did you? Just curious on the coverage. Before

Looks nice.
I was wondering.
Are the small silver tabs, meant to go under the front panel or attach to anything is see holes in them?
Thank you.
Here you go.Which ones? Are you talking about the tabs that connected the factory shield? Or the tabs that are used to install the rival screws?
That's what held in the factory shield. If you look at the rival picture from page one it looks the same. I might put the factory screws back in the front, but I don't think they'd do anything other than just fill a hole. Here you go.

On second look at theirs, it looks the they did put factory screws back in.... I'll get to it tomorrow. That's what held in the factory shield. They are just speednuts on there. Nothing structural. But I would have rather had that extra inch of cover just to be able to fasten it there. On second look at theirs, it looks the they did put factory screws back in.... I'll get to it tomorrow.
