Most dealership websites have management permissions for Ford that push it to the inventory as soon as its billed to the dealership (as soon as it was built).

My '23 Tremor was delivered to Tindol after hours on a Wednesday, the salesman sent me a text first thing Thursday morning with pictures of the truck sitting on the lot. FWIW mine never showed up on their website.


You did the right thing stopping in to check on the status because doing that let's them know you're ready for it to get delivered.
I have every reason to believe that they will contact you when it gets there.

My vehicle arrived at the dealership on a Saturday and the prep was done before the end of the day. The website showed X amount (including mine) in stock. Monday morning they called. You might get a call on Monday.
