Missing Splash Guard Above Rear Left Tire? exposed Wires?

Hi!
I just got a trailer hitch installed on my 24 Hybrid XLT. When I looked under the truck I realized that there is not a splash guard or heat shield under the rear left tire. Also there are some exposed wires. Is this normal or is a part missing ? Thank you so much.

OP, what you see is how they are built and delivered on the left rear side.

Some here have fabricated and installed their own covers.

Well they will indeed be a problem if you live in the north.
Those will get ice built up and they will get ripped off. If you never encounter that. They should be fine. I would personally get under it and try to secure them better.

I'd put those in a split wire loom.

The blue and red wires do not look like factory wires. I could be wrong, but I would look into securing them a little better/different.
