Scrolling FB marketplace, I saw a truck posted at my dealership that looked like what I had ordered back in August 2023. Hybrid XL in Cactus Grey.

It's close, just missing the 360 and mud flaps. Took it for a test drive and bought it. (I can live without the 360 and add my own mud flaps.) What are the chances the same everything would show up at my dealership? Ford had JUST sent me another 45 day email basically stating I wasn't to expect my truck any time soon.

This truck was a declined order. The guy had ordered it two years ago and it only JUST came in as a 2024. He couldn't wait for it and bought something else.

As someone with 360, it would be the one thing I regretted not getting. Had it once, loved it, rarely used it, but loved it. I'm not sure I could have a vehicle without that whole package again... it spoiled me.

Just don't test anything with it and you'll be happy with what you have

I got 2 Mavs the same way.
One is a Lariat, I shut off every one of them safety features. I thought it would be cool but they are actually annoying to me. You won't miss a thing not having them. On the XL the powered mirrors is what stinks not having. That is the only bummer without the 360. Enjoy

Congratulations. You will love the hybrid, especially if you do lots of urban driving.

RE: Modifications - If you don't already have a list: Tailgate damper, raised letters on the tailgate [personally I would go with matte black on your gray Mav] and what I consider a classy touch to the interior, black plastic audio control surround.

This makes the audio controls match the black area below. It sticks on, no disassembly required. $16.00. The URL is too long to post. Search Amazon - I recommend the all-black one.

Also ordered in August of 2023. Ordered a loaded Lariat (no FX4 package). Keep getting the same emails. At this point, I hope it rolls over to a 2025.... Even considering cancelling and ordering a 2025 when the ordering becomes available. Dealer out in Kansas does a Youtube weekly and they said that for July, 69% of the builds will be XL's and 59% will be Hybrids. They have also been saying almost monthly that the spray in bed liner builds are very low as well. They said that they order without and do the sprayin themselves. By cancelling, just afraid I will be a the bottom of the list again. Guessing that they will be taking orders for the 2025 around August since they are building the 2024's thur October (13 month run). Hoping the 2025's have more of the options I will be loosing with my 2024 order. Currently have an Escape Titanium and ordered Mav for the 4k towing vs. 3.5 on the Escape. Also hoping for something other than the blue interior for 2025, though the order I placed was for the blue Mav. so won't look that bad. Can't imagine the blue interior with red or some of the other colors.. Larger screen will be nice too. lol

Nice! I found one at a dealership after pre ordering too. I'm happy I grabbed it. Hybrid LXT lux pkg hybrid vs my base XL EB order. More money and carbonized grey vs silver but hey, I only live once. Lol

I had a chance to buy essentially my same truck in a weird color for more money, I'm glad I waited. The 360 package is nice but I might have given it up if the color had been acceptable and the price were right.

I love that little black plastic thing below the radio.

I declined a ‘24 we were not moved yet and I told them to sell it, I’ll miss the lariat pkg but I love my ‘23 XLT Lux which I did wait 2 years for!
