I’m with ya on the cold weather package. I don’t use ACC in stop and go because it’s hard for me to trust it. I Only use it on the open highway.
RE: Use ACC in stop/go traffic = I just tried it again this afternoon on my comute home. When I drive manually in slow and go traffic, I leave a BIG interval between myself and the vehicle ahead. That way I don't need to use the brakes often. That's what good truckers do. But ACC speeds up and then applies the brakes over and over. I looked to see if I could adjust the interval but there isn't a setting for interval distance. No ACC in stop/go traffic for me!

Yeah not. I don’t regret it that much. If I did lots of highway driving and my regret was much bigger, maybe then.
I just think a weather package and a separate technology packa

On our Cross there is a setting to change the interval distance. There is not on the Maverick?

Sure is and should be on a 22 Lariat. I've never seen an ACC in any vehicle without the interval selector. Kind of defeats the purpose!

RE: Distance setting for ACC = I just went out to the garage and went through vehicle settings. The only setting I can toggle between is adaptive cruise or regular cruise. I did not see any settings nested down further that allows me to set the distance.

When ACC is selected, there is a graphic of a roadway in the center cluster that changes colors depending on your distance from the vehicle ahead. Kinda useless since I won't be looking at a graphic while I drive.

I went to the center screen and used my finger to scroll to vehicle settings. Nothing there for CP360 or CP360 Plus.

@Mav_RICK @jfg6869 @Oscarcat you can adjust your ACC following distance using the upper left button on the left side of the steering wheel. The icon on the button is a vehicle with 3 horizontal lines below it.

Yes! I do have that button! It shows 3 stripes on the graphic in the cluster. So now I see a purpose for that graphic.

Three stripes seems to be the max distance setting. Even in my ignorance, I find that distance to be too close for my comfort level.

Presumably it was on that setting when I activated ACC while driving in stop/go traffic this afternoon. However, I will give it another go tomorrow as the forecast is for sunshine with stop and go freeway traffic in the early morning and late afternoon.

I’m in N FL, & I’d trade my 24 Lariat Hybrid’s ACC for ventilated seats & rain sensing wipers. Heated seats & steering wheel were a must for me…
(Although the Lane Centering works amazingly well).
I would trade my XLT lux for and XL on steelies with ventilated seats and ACC, here is hot as hell, I have no need for heated seats or steering wheel.

I added ACC it to my 22 XLT. Mine has CP360 and lux package. The LKA that came with CP360 was very under whelming to me. A big disappointment. But following the instructions on this forum, I add the ACC. Works great and now lane centering is very good. It is by far the best thing I have added to my Maverick.

I also have a Lariat, 22, that is bare bones except for blind spot monitor. No bear bones thank you very much. Bear bones would be too much to bear, but just barely!!!🐻 But bear with me; My wife's Camry has it and I like it.
Hello, could you please elaborate on your model and trim...Im thinking if its possible to retrofit just the blind spot monitor and not the complete 360

If you don't have the sensors in the sides of the back bumper, the blind spot won't work at all.

yes, @AutobahnSHO you are right. My point is I'm trying to find out if I can only add those and the mirrors and not the whole 360 pack.

22 Lariat with only trailer hitch and blind spot monitor they I bought as options. The blind spot monitor was not part of the 360, but I do not know if you can retrofit the blind spot. Would require work in the mirrors as well as chip mod and or camera.....

So I have had my 23 Lariat hybrid almost a year now and I absolutely love it with zero issues. The one thing I regret is not having ACC, but I didn’t need everything else that came with the lux package at that time.

We have ACC on our Corolla Cross and it is fantastic! This coming from a guy who swore I didn't need no stinkin ACC. Should be standard on a Lariat as it was on our XSE Cross. Is it standard on the MY24 now?
I rented a commuter van for a company trip a few months ago and had to disable the ACC.
Using that, you are guaranteed to end up behind the slowest vehicle on your route... at a safe distance, but at a much slower speed than you wanted.
