Adaptive Cruise Control Max Speed?

I have a 25 Tremor. Is there a way to easily cap the maximum speed the adaptive (speed limit sign reading) cruise control? I have it set for 5 over the speed limit. I live in California and when pulling a trailer, the speed limit is 55 even if the highway speed limit is 70. I would like it to never set the cruise control over 60 no matter what the speed limit signs say

Why not just turn off the Predictive Speed Assist feature when towing, and manually set the ACC to 60 yourself? You can still have ACC without the Predictive (TSR) recognition.

That's something to think about. I may do that if I ever take it on any longer trips. I just like how It slows down in the speed zones. Can't have it all
