I don't suppose there's any chance a Euro car part is wired for Euro electricity?

I installed one in my 2023 Lariat purchased on line from Poland and it is working as well if not a bit warmer than my factory ford heated wheel.

so i made some changes with forscan heated steering setting was already at 35degC so only thing i could do was increase heat to 39degC(max) but still mk8 steering heat was nowhere near how hot factory wheel used to get

After looking to do the swap myself, some of the fiesta ST steering wheels come heated and some do not. I would double check to make sure you have the heated model and also I would double check your wiring for the ST wheel.
