‘23 Lariat Screen Display goes Dark many times, needs resetting, Any Fixes yet?

Hello I have a 2023 Ford Maverick Lariat with my truck’s screen going dark on me and stays off for over an hour. I’ve manual reset it but it’s a pain. I am looking for a solution or fix. My local dealer has more than 3-4 vehicles with the sme issue and NO fix yet? TIA

I found sometimes a gentle hand tap on the top or side of the touchscreen helps.

Check if the screen is hot when it goes dark. Mine did it once and the screen was very hot. Once it cooled down it came back on. Kinda like my phone does. I’m now trying to figure out what made it overheat.

Hmmm, mine did it for the first time the other day. WTH I'm thinking. Came back on after a minute or so. Following to see if there's a fix.

I saw this with the Escape. I haven't seen it with the Maverick in the nine months I've had mine.

I have a 24 and this has happened to me a couple of times. When it happened to me, it was when I quickly started and then took off, without it completely starting up. It did not come back on until I turned the truck off and back on again. I just give it a few seconds to load the screen before I start going. I have had the truck for 5 months and it has happened twice.

So I have this issue with my 23’ Lariat Eco.

Screen will go dark maybe 1 in 3 startups.
Screen will work on startup but can be slower to load ford logo. Backup camera will show image in (R) once in (D) the rear camera still function on the screen. After reaching 10 mph the screen will go dark and not come back on. Volume control works and nothing else. Just a black screen. I just hold both buttons to reset the radio and it comes back on and works normally. This didn’t happen at until I updated to the latest Radio firmware so I know it likely is an issue within that update that is causing this. If I knew how to go back to the previous update I could test it. FWIW I haven’t taken it to the dealer since I figured a new radio update by ford will fix it but that haven’t rolled one out out to my knowledge. Let us know what you find out.

THIS SEEMS TO BE LARIAT SPECIFIC ISSUE WITH THE RADIO. SEE IF THIS FIXES YOUR ISSUES.
GO TO YOUR Radio Settings --> Vehicle --> Camera and DISABLE THE BACKUP CAMERA DELAY

Also, this is worth a try,

When the vehicle ignition is on Press and Hold the Radio Power Button/Volume Dial and the Seek button (>>) at the same time for about 5-10 seconds until the Ford symbol flashes on the screen and it resets.
