Freezing Display Screen

Hello all, this may have been mentioned before but I feel I need to post for some help/ opinions. I have a 2023 XLT. I did buy the truck used from my local dealer but got a good deal. After I had it awhile I did see the issue with the Back up Camera issue and took it in and they recalibrated it, that was maybe a year ago? Anyway now it has happened 3- 4 times that when I back up my review camera comes on then when I put it in drive and take off the camera is frozen on the picture it saw when I was backing up and it stays on until I get home and shut it off for awhile AND at the same time I cannot turn the volume up or down and cannot turn the radio off? That whole area is just like stuck? The climate control panel works fine. I even took pictures and a video of the problem to show them. I did take it to the dealership today and they had it about 6 hours and said " WE CANNOT REPLACATE THE ISSUE AND THERE ARE NO CODES OR ANYTHING TO GO BY SO THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO"? Anyone had the same problem? Anybody have any suggestions or input on this issue? It doesn't do it all the time and I never know when it is going to do it again so I understand it is a little difficult to diagnose something that happens when it wants to. Thanks for any advice. Sounds like the typical locking up of the audio system. My truck has done this a handful of times. While driving, you can reboot the system by pressing and holding the power and seek-forward buttons at the same time. Hold until the screen goes black, takes about 5 seconds.

I had a issue with mine on a recent trip. Froze up, wouldn't display the climate control temps or fan control. The dealer had said there was a update on my most recent visit that they performed. So far it hasn't happened but we'll see how long that lasts. Maybe that update would help your situation Good luck

I've had the screen lockup and other accessibility issues as well. It especially freaks the Hell out when the truck powers down or while watching a YouTube video.

It seems to me to be a cheap design riddled with bugs.

Well picked up my Maverick today from the dealership and NO PROBLEM FOUND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE ISSUE? They said the next time it does it ( It does it whenever it wants to) I'm supposed to take it straight to the dealership so they can see the issue first hand. They did check for any open recalls and nothing pending so we shall see?
