I bought some black carbon tape to protect the bottom kick panel of my doors. I have a tendency to kick open the door when I get out of the vehicle and it’s creating dirt and scratches. So I thought I would try black carbon tape but it will not stay stuck onto the panel, any suggestions? I am thinking that someone could produce on their 3-D printer clips with a panel cover that would stay in place

Get 3M adhesion promoter pads from Amazon works great 👍

Adhesive felt pads.
I use my foot when exiting out of the door, too.
I have a box of black Velcro in the 2"x15' size and used a couple of pieces of the 'soft' side (not the 'hard, hook' side) cut to length and applied to the panel: staying put so far. Any material would likely do, if it can be stuck to the panel.

I use nothing and my doors are fine. We are reasonably careful getting out and the only thing I kick is my lawnmower when it refuses to start.

The only time I've had to use my feet to open doors is when they are frozen shut from ice.
More often the problem is hanging on the door so it doesn't fly off to Kansas with the wind gusts.
