I've never had an accident that was my fault. You can assume whatever you want as well. So you know that in my situation - I speed but not excessively and not on residential streets and I'm accident free- it would never be used against me?

They already have posted signs of what they think is appropriate on every road. And yeah, it's partly your fault if someone runs a red light and you hit them speeding. I've avoided a lot of people running red lights when I wasn't speeding.
That's not what I said Robbie old boy. I said if I'm going through the green light and somebody blows a red light and t-bones me not if I hit them. Yeah it's not my fault at all. Either way they blew the red light 99% of drivers occasionally go 5 mph over the limit your insurance should not be raised because of that. The real problem around here is dirtbags from Philly who are usually driving stolen Hyundai's 3 inches from your bumper and I'm in the burbs. But yeah we can't pull them over, can we?

Yes my infraction going 40 and a 35 through a green light isn't as great as the crackhead in the stolen Car going 90 mph through the red light. They want to jack my rates up to offset all the people who don't have any insurance and are causing a lot of accidents, pay for all the stolen cars etc
