I've been struggling with battery saver and deep sleep mode for some time, it will go BSM mode after sitting for 2 days maybe 3, deep sleep by 3rd day) and yes everything is up to date and I have wifi turned off for now.
Dealer has bench tested battery 3 times and always passes.
My digital volt meter in the aux port always shows 15.3 to 15.5 while driving even on 8 hr trips, never pulls down from there. I verified the voltage at battery with volt meter and they are within 0.3v of each other.
When I turn off truck it reads about 12.3 to 12.5 but within 30 mins its trails down to 11.7.
I'm interested in what others are seeing if you have the digital indication plugged into your lighter plug.
15.3 to 15.5 constant seems odd to me, and trailing off below 12 also seems odd.

Also
I asked in another post and will ask here too.....how long is the cigarette plug stay on for you after truck is turned off?
New it stayed on a pretty long time
After recalls and updates it was turning off when truck is off
Since yesterday it has reverted back to staying on for awhile and nothing has changed

Mine says 13.8v when off. I think it was 15.2 or 15.4 when it was running. I imagine my interior lights will quit working before too much longer and then I'll put the battery tender on. Again. For the 3rd time since I got it in July.

13.8 is "accessory" mode; not off.

Ah. I have no power to the cig lighter when it's turned off and I don't have a volt meter, so I guess it remains a mystery to me. When the interior lights quit working, I'll put it on the charger. 😬

I'll have the dealer look at the battery when I take it in for the turn signal recall and the instrument panel lighting recall coming in a few weeks.
Anybody have any luck getting a new battery from Ford?

I too have one of those voltmeter/usb charging ports device plugged in the cig. lighter. The running voltage reading is temperature dependent, 15.1-15.2 when the ambient temp is below 45 deg. F. It will drop to 14.2 -14.6 when the temp rises above 65 F. I've seen it drop to 14.1 when the weather is vey hot. Cold start voltage is about 12.1-12.2. Only stays active for several minutes, then goes off.

Had one in my Maverick since first day Jan. 2022. Exactly same as OP. Dealer oil change last week checked battery as good, it was deep sleep same morning they serviced it, and a week later it's back into deep sleep.

My voltage, during the winter time, varies from 14.6 to 15.1 volts when the Mav is running.

I've never owned a 12V car that did not read around 14V-15V when it was running. This is, and was always, completely normal. (and has nothing at all to do with it being a hybrid or not)

2.0 running typically 14.5-14.7 volts at the battery and Mav reports the same through the OBD2 port to my scanner. Drops about .2-.3 volts when towing as it's also charging my camper batteries.

I have a non AGM EB.

Mine is stupid and caps at 15 then begins to flash. Useless. But monitoring it when it's in ACC it's dropping too. Initial startup is always lower than I want it to be and I just don't drive enough for it to keep continually "safe" levels so it's always in that low 11 range.

I disabled the battery packs on my dashcam and tested - no difference and unless I do excessively longer drives that are not normal for me at this point, the dashcam shuts off way too soon. I tested this after a 120 mile drive into town and the dashcam ran it's usual 30 minute parking mode with the battery pack disabled - so on the vehicles battery. I never have an issue with charging the battery packs on my normal drive either btw... but that's because when I do enable them for longer than 30 minute durations it's on longer drives. Otherwise parking mode is set to a small amount as I live rurally and have camera's elsewhere so I don't need my truck running one while it's parked. When I go into town closer to me it runs the 30 minutes and charges the battery by the time I get home.

So far though, compared to my previous '22 Escape Hybrid, the EB starts every time. Sometimes after long periods of short drives the interior lights won't come on until I actually start the truck. The Escape also used to freak out the dash cam and cut off videos when switching from ICE to battery due to the change in voltage. Nothing I did aside from plugging it in the 12v spot changed it and even then it would behave oddly when trying to go in parking mode. I tested damn near every single fuse in that thing. I had encountered 3 no starts in it's year and a half of me owning it. The EB starts every day.

But whatever... I've chalked all this crap up to just quirky modern FORD shenanigans and nothing I'm going to do will change it. 15V+ is normal and according to FORD so is low 11's as long as the vehicle starts and if it doesn't they will tell you that your battery just needs charged. No help at all. Can you tell one reason I got the EB?

Ummmm....

I have the hybrid, but....
It's state of charge related.
Higher voltage with a low charge, and lower voltage with a high charge. May be counter intuitive but that's how it works. Higher voltage to more quickly recharge, and lower when fully charged as to not overcharge.

Ya. Their definition of "good" means "barely adequate".

Tip: when your truck won't start, you'll get a new battery, but only during the first 3 yrs / 36,000 miles.
